Eligibility

This bonus offer is available exclusively to both new and existing clients who are registered with Bold Prime.

Bonus Claim Conditions

• Clients may claim a 50% Deposit Bonus with a minimum deposit of $50 in all MT5 Prime accounts.
• The bonus is strictly applicable to deposits made into all the MT5 Prime accounts only. Deposits made into any other account type will not qualify for this promotion.
• The bonus credit will be deposited into the client’s trading account and is subject to all terms stipulated in this offer.
• To claim the bonus, clients must make a new deposit. Bonus credit based on the existing account balance or internal transfers is not eligible.

Bonus Functionality & Restrictions

• The bonus credit system supports floating and margin requirements.
• Clients may choose to cancel the deposit bonus at any time; however, once cancelled, the bonus cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• The maximum leverage allowed for this promotion is 1:3000 for MT5 Prime Max accounts and 1:1000 for all other MT5 Prime accounts. The Company reserves the right to modify these limits at its sole discretion.
• Each client may claim a maximum bonus of $1,000. Once this limit is reached, no additional bonus claims will be credited for further deposit.

Any bonus amount credited to the client’s account will expire and be deducted automatically 30 days after the initial credit date, irrespective of whether trading activity has been conducted.

Trading & Margin Requirements

• The Stop Out level is set at 30%, with a Margin Call triggered at 50% of the margin level.
• Scalping activities must meet a minimum duration requirement of 120 seconds per trade to comply with the promotion.
• Expert Advisors (EAs) are permitted, provided they fully comply with all Company policies.

Withdrawals & Internal Transfers

• If a client performs any withdrawal or internal transfer from the bonus account, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the bonus as a ‘Bonus Out’ transaction.
• The remaining bonus amount shall continue to apply in the client’s account.

Deposit Amount: $1,000
Initial Bonus Amount: $500
Client withdraws $200 from the Bonus account
Remaining Bonus Amount: $500 – $200 = $300

Bonus withdrawals are strictly prohibited under this campaign.

Prohibited Activities & Bonus Removal

• The Company is not liable for any stop-losses or stop-outs incurred due to the removal of the bonus funds from the client’s trading account.
• This bonus cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or bonuses, except for the PrimeStart and 365 Bonus Mania, under the terms and conditions specified.
• The bonus is not applicable to deposits made via internal transfers, contest winnings, or any other promotions.
• If fraudulent activities, abuse, or manipulation of the bonus policy are suspected, the Company reserves the right to:
  • Rectify trading calculations.
  • Remove or retract the bonus funds provided without prior notice.

Final Provisions

• The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined herein.
• Any disputes related to this promotion shall be resolved solely at the discretion of Bold Prime, whose decision shall be final and binding.
