1. Eligibility 

1.1 The bonus is exclusively available to newly registered clients who have never made a deposit before. 

2. Bonus Claim Conditions 

2.1 Clients may claim a 30 USD Welcome Bonus with a minimum deposit of $15 into any Bold Prime Trading Account. 

2.2 Clients can claim this bonus stacked with the All Year Bonus. 

2.3 The bonus credit will be deposited into the client’s trading account and must claim the bonus within 7 days after verification is subject to all terms stipulated in this offer. 

2.4 To claim the bonus, clients must make a new deposit. Bonus credit based on the new account balance or internal transfers is not eligible. 

2.4.1 Example 1: 

Initial Deposit = $30, Bonus Received (30usd) = $60 

$30 + $30 = $60 

2.4.2 Example 2: 

Initial Deposit = $100, Bonus Received (30usd) = $130 

$100 + $30 = $130 

3. Bonus Functionality & Restrictions 

3.1The bonus credit supports floating and margin requirements. 

3.2 Clients may choose to cancel the deposit bonus at any time; however, once canceled, the bonus cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. 

3.3 The maximum leverage between 1:500 and 1:3000. The Company reserves the right to modify these limits at its sole discretion. 

3.4 Any bonus amount credited to the client’s account will expire and be deducted automatically 30 days after the initial credit date, irrespective of whether trading activity has been conducted. 

4. Trading & Margin Requirements 

4.1 The Stop Out level is set at 30%, with a Margin Call triggered at 50% of the margin level. 

4.2 Scalping activities must meet a minimum duration requirement of 120 seconds per trade to comply with the promotion. 

4.3 Expert Advisors (EAs) are permitted, provided they fully comply with all Company policies. 

5. Withdrawals & Internal Transfers 

5.1 If a client performs any withdrawal or internal transfer from a Welcome Bonus account, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the bonus as a ‘Bonus Out’ transaction. 

5.2 The remaining bonus amount shall continue to apply in the client’s account. 

5.3 Illustration: 

5.3.1 Example 1: 

Deposit Amount: $100 

Initial Bonus Amount: $30 

Client withdraws $15 from the Bonus account 

Remaining Bonus Amount: $30 – $15 = $15 

5.4 Bonus withdrawals are strictly prohibited under this campaign. 

6. Prohibited Activities & Bonus Removal 

6.1 The Company is not liable for any stop-losses or stop-outs incurred due to the removal of the bonus funds from the client’s trading account. 

6.2 This bonus cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or bonuses, except for the Welcome Bonus, which is available only to new clients under the terms and conditions specified. 

6.3 The bonus is not applicable to deposits made via internal transfers, contest winnings, or any other promotions. 

6.4 If fraudulent activities, abuse, or manipulation of the bonus policy are suspected, the Company reserves the right to: 

6.4.1 Rectify trading calculations. 

6.4.2 Remove or retract the provided bonus funds without prior notice. 

7. Final Provisions 

7.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. 

7.2 Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined herein. 

7.3 Any disputes related to this promotion shall be resolved solely at the discretion of Bold Prime, whose decision shall be final and binding.
